Lead Designer
Create sketches and CADs in Illustrator, write tech packs, and prepare specification sheets, and line sheets.
Create all-over prints and placement art to reflect the direction of concepts.
Ability to design cost-consciously packaging around target margins, being mindful of materials, complexity, assembly, and weight.
Prepare and deliver effective design presentations (visually and verbally) that sell ideas effectively for buyer meetings.
Maintain awareness of seasonal trends through market shopping, trend research, and stay current with the competition.
Make CADs and technical sketch details revisions according to internal design-related changes, outsourcing requests, or reduction issues.
